Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Rainy Nights.

 

Our current return policy allows you 30 days to request a refund once your order has arrived. If it has been longer than 30 days since you have received your order, we can no longer issue you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your order must be unused, in it's original packaging, and in the same condition is was received. 

In order to request a refund, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. 

 

Damaged Order

All products are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. However, if you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us at support@humidspace.com within 15 days of receipt, along with photos of the damaged product(s) and your order number.

Order Not Received
If your item has not arrived within 20 business days after you placed your order, please contact our support team at support@humidspace.com so we can look into it. 

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We are also unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched. 

We are also not responsible for failed deliveries due to the addressee not being home during the time of delivery. If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, no refund will be provided. Costs to re-ship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

Customs Duties
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for any information about customs policies that apply in your country.

We do not take any responsibility for any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes and we have no control over what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred in relation to those matters and do not accept any responsibility for delays as a result, regardless of the circumstances.

If packages are undeliverable for any reason, including the customer’s refusal to pay duties, we are not responsible for return shipping costs or for retrieving merchandise and the order will not be eligible for a refund. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the address we provide you.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
